I had such an enjoyable time photographing Jessie and Adam’s special day. They were such a fun, happy, and relaxed couple… What a great way to start off a marriage!
Rather than having a traditional bridal party with bridesmaids and groomsmen, the couple opted to have seven of their closest friends become ordained ministers and take turns officiating different parts of the ceremony.
Despite the heat reaching almost 90 degrees (yes, that’s pretty toasty for us Washingtonians!), the happy couple and their guests enjoyed a beautiful ceremony on top of a hill overlooking Puget Sound and the neighboring islands.
The open-air ceremony had a surprisingly intimate atmosphere and everyone present could feel the love that Jessie and Adam had for each other and their family and friends.
Much to the delight of the bride (and myself, since I’ve owned llamas!), a local 4-H group brought some friendly alpacas to meet and entertain the guests. What a sight!
I’ll be posting reception photos along with some gorgeous sunset shots within the next few days!
