Kelsea and I met at a bridal show earlier this spring and we hit it off right from the start. When she told me that she and her fiancé, Kory, wanted to do an open-air, country-themed engagement session, I was SO excited…
On the morning of their session, we met at the beautiful Swan’s Trail Farms. Both Kelsea and I were familiar with the farm: she had been as a wedding guest, and I had participated as a vendor during a wedding showcase tour. We both love this facility and it was such a joy to photograph their engagement session there.
Kelsea’s sister, Cassidy, and Kory’s sister, Keira, joined us for the session as well. Jeff and I learned that Kelsea and Kory had actually started dating in part due to the friendship that existed between their sisters… Way to go, girls! :)

One of the best parts about the whole session was just spending time with these wonderful people. They all had a great sense of humor and you could see the love they had for each other by how they interacted.
I feel so privileged to be the wedding photographer for this happy couple. Come on, August, I can’t wait!! ;)
